Kids' rooms rule!

I've showcased Amie Weitzman's work earlier but did you see her fabulous kids' rooms when you checked her website. Great rooms, great understanding of what a child wants and needs in their own space. I'd love one for myself!

Don't show these to my kids. No not to my kids. They'll want something just like them. Thanks guys!!!!!

These are so freaking cute. (My twin better let me help her design my niece's room once she's out of her crib - these are great inspiration).

Very, very nice and oh so functional.

I'll take you up on that offer Kim!

i love these rooms!
i want a magnetic/blackboard wall in my room as well :) hehe

Amie Weitzman's portfolio is inspiring. Not every designer is able to make adult rooms and kid rooms equally beautiful and practical. She does.

Thanks, your post inspired me to write about the reality of entertaining with young kids.

I love the top left picture, imagine the fab tea parties that little girl will be having!

These rooms are great. I love all the space - I wish I had a huge playroom for my son with lots of built-in cabinets to store all of his things.

My wife and I just finished we we believe to be the worlds greatest Winnie the Pooh kids room.

With all the bad economy and doom and gloom we thought it might cheer others up and get them inspired to create their own special place.
